Everything you do in Avrio takes place in a Workspace that houses all your Insights, and Timeline of Events. Here is where you collaborate with the rest of your team to organize, capture, share, and discuss the findings of your collective research together. (depending on each member’s role) You can easily invite people to your workspace as other Admins, Contributors.
Insights are the building blocks of Avrio and are how every great hypothesis, business case, or experiment starts.
Timeline is where you can find all the Events created in Avrio - your company's change log.
Events allow you to provide context to your team on their insight discovery process. Create an Event for a feature release, data incident, or marketing campaign and annotate any graph across your stack providing answers to those unexplained data "anomalies".
With projects, you can group Insights around a central theme and collaborate on research together as a team. Planning a new feature, building a business case, conducting competitor analysis, or compiling user personas asr all great use cases for Project.
Opportunities are the highest level of insight organization in Avrio.
Pins are Insights directly related to the current webpage you are viewing, pinned by you or anyone on your team.
Pins allow you to put your research front and center and accessible where it is most likely to be used. They give you the ability to share your research in the context where it matters most.
You Can Pin:
- Experiment learnings on the affected pages,
- Relevant customer feedback on parts of your user journey,
- References to related research on findings documents,
- and anything else your heart desires.
