To create a message from an existing Slack thread, click on the 'Create Insight' or 'Create Card' option under the message shortcuts menu of that thread. You will then get a chance to review the insight or card before sending it to your Avrio repository.
Alternatively, you can use the slash command '/avrio insight' or '/avrio card' from anywhere in Slack.
